Yes, all products are at least 10 free and completely cruelty-free.
Most products are HEMA free. For products that contains HEMA, it's less than 20%, well within safety regulations.
Our restock normally takes between 2 weeks to 1 month, depending on the product.

Shipping FAQs
Our processing times are between 1-2 working days.
Orders are shipped on working days excluding weekends and public holidays.
If you have placed an order on a weekend or public holiday, rest assured your order will be shipped on the next working day!

UK (2-3 working days): UK, Isle of Man, Jursey and Guernsey
Europe (5-10 working days): Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland
World Zone 1 (7-15 working days): Canada, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, South Korea, United Arab Emirates
World Zone 2 (7-15 working days): Australia, New Zealand, Singapore
World Zone 3 (6-8 working days): United States
No, we do not deliver to PO boxes. Please provide only residential or workplace address
UK Orders: Any orders within the UK will be subjected to VAT but not to customs duties.
EU Orders: You may be expected to pay custom duties. In this case, your local courier will contact you.
USA Orders: Customs duty threshold is $800, orders under $800 will not be subjected to custom duties.
Other destinations: Please check on the guidelines of your local customs polices as they can vary.
