ORDER PROCESSING TIME

We aim to dispatch all orders between 1- 3 business days. During busy periods such as a sales event, orders tend to take slightly longer. We appreciate your understanding. Whilst we try our best to be quick on processing orders, order processing time does not include the transit time to your delivery address. If you need your order sooner, please ensure you select the expedited option. We do not process orders on weekends and bank holidays. 

Taxes and Duties

As of 6th October 2025, our product prices includes all taxes and duties.

Complete Price Transparency When you place an order, the total amount shown at checkout is the final price you'll pay (there are no hidden fees).

No Additional Costs Upon Delivery All VAT and customs duties are prepaid as part of your order. When your package arrives in your country, you will not be required to pay any additional charges, fees, or taxes to receive your delivery.

Legal Compliance

It is against the law for both the shipper and the recipient to avoid paying import VAT or tariffs on goods entering your country from overseas. All applicable taxes and duties must be paid in accordance with your country's customs regulations. By collecting VAT/Tariffs/Custom duties at checkout, we ensure full legal compliance for both parties and a hassle-free delivery experience for you.

UK Delivery (All orders are tracked)

£4.99 - UK Standard ( 2-3 working days from dispatch )

£8.99 - UK Expedited ( 1-2 working days from dispatch )

* Orders will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 with UK Standard and DHL Express with UK Expedited

* Free UK delivery on orders above £100. All orders eligible for free delivery will be sent via DHL Express/Royal Mail Tracked 24

Note: We cannot deliver to PO boxes outside of UK. Please make sure you have input the correct delivery address as we are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address. 

International Shipping (All orders are tracked)

We ship all international orders via Fedex or DHL. 

** Free Fedex Priority/DHL Express shipping for all international orders above £500 

Returns

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after your package is marked as delivered to request a return in order for a full refund. KKOOKIE does not cover the shipping cost for returned items, the cost of returns shipping will be deducted from the order amount. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused in its original packaging.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and email us as soon as possible at orders@kkookie.co.uk if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges at this time due to hygiene purposes. If you would like to modify your order, you can do so provided your order has not been marked as shipped. Please send an email to orders@kkookie.co.uk

Refunds

If you are eligible for a refund, you will receive an email from us on the process. 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at orders@kkookie.co.uk

Note:

1. All orders made during any sale event are not eligible for refunds. 

2. We do not refund due to accidental purchases.

3. Changes to your order cannot be made once they have been marked as shipped. 

4. We do not offer refunds on issues caused by user error and cosmetic defects.
