This powder is made up of transparent pearls. If you overlay it, the reflection angle disappears and the sparkle will not be seen

How to:
1. Apply colour gel of choice, cure
2. Apply non-wipe top gel, sprinkle the glitter on top and cure for 90s-120s
3. Brush excess glitter off

10g
